Conditions
You can ask for price information for accommodation during the dates you require online or make an offline booking by telephone or by fax.
If you decide to make a reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the total cost of your holiday.
The rates quoted in this website are applicable in season 2006.
All information was correct at time of publication and may be subject to change, offers are subject to availability.
Making a Reservation Online
You can send us an e-mail but to make sure we have all the necessary information it is easier to fill out one of the reservation forms in this site, (available in English, Greek, Dutch, German, Italian and French). We will normally reply within 48hrs with your vacation offer. If you would then like to make the reservation, we will then require either:
- your credit card details, which, for your
own security we suggest you send by fax, not by e-mail.
Details are only taken as a precaution of non-arrival,
or,
- a 25% deposit, which can made by money transfer
through your local bank.
(This will normally take 5 - 7 days to reach us, it is also helpful if you send us a copy of your bank receipt by fax.)

On reciept of your guarantee details or your deposit, we will send your booking confirmation.
Checking In and Out
Check In starts at 14.00hrs - Check Out is until 11.30hrs
It is important to tell us your arrival time, this will help us to do our best to have your rooms ready.
During your holidays any outstanding amount can be paid by cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Eurocard). If you decide to pay by credit card there may be an additional 3% handling charge.
Holiday Insurance
We recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check you have insurance which should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including your return home in the event of an accident or illness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to agreed arrival date - no charge, any deposits will be refunded.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to agreed arrival date - 25% charge (minimum 1 night charge).
Your Guarantee
Karavostasi Beach Hotel & www.hotel-karavostasi.gr are registered
to the Greek National Tourist Organization and to the Greek Chamber of
Hotels.
